Need forks for my motorized chopper bike

I have had this chopped/extended Schwinn OCC motorized bike with custom forks for a long time. Last year, I was hit by an SUV, and the bike was damaged. I need replacement forks, and I don't know where else to turn. I live in Toronto and don't know anyone to make custom forks for me. I would post a picture as a reference, but the site wouldn't let me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Posting pictures requires them to be hosted on a service somewhere and you use the picture icon on the message entry bar (11th from the left).
