Emiel uses 3D printed trow away "welding supports". I do like that idea. But for larger series, wooden jigs are a good option.

Oh, I have a small "Swiss cheese" type welding table, with all kinds of clamps, adjustable angles, magnets, etc.
You'd be amazed (or maybe appalled) at some of the contraptions I set up

Hey those voices have good ideas [ well mine do ] however if it goes all pear shaped [ as it sometimes does ] they deny all knowledge !
