Account confirmation

Good morning,

my account is not confirmed on my computer
Even though I have completed the confirmation with my phone and have already purchased the plans for the trikes
This prevents me from having easy access to the plans from my computer and thus being able to translate them into French for a more precise understanding

Can anyone help me?

You account shows fully registered and all good.
You will see "Premium Plans" when you go to the forum list...

However, it seems that my problem persists, I refresh the site, log out and log back in But nothing changes

Just to confirm, you don't have to do anything. You are already logged in. That is how you can post.
The large link with all the Plans is right here at the top of the forum...

Hello Brad, I'm sorry but I still have the same problem on my phone, I have access to the entire forum and plans that I purchased, but on my computer I remain blocked for example, I am unable to respond to this post on my computer, and I do not have access to the plan I'm constantly asked to confirm my account and wait
 
Yes, you have some issues on your PC for sure!
If you have not already installed Chrome, give that a try. I can confirm that everything is working at this end.
I will find a way to get the PDF files to you no matter what, but let's try getting your PC working first before resorting to anything out of the box.

Hello Popshot! I have already looked for a solution on this side, in vain I searched in authorizations, cookies, caches etc. I've been using Chrome since the beginning, I'm going to try with another Firefox

Édit : same problem with Firefox
 
Everyone else seems to be OK, it's just your machine it seems.
Try logging in from a friends PC/Laptop. If that's ok you know YOU have a problem and there's not a lot others can do to fix it.
 
I think I finally figured out what is goin on here.
You seem to have two account here. On is snazya664 and one is snazya.
Both have the same snazyalaghoul@ email address.

The one without the 664 never returned the confirmation email.
Perhaps you are using the dead account on the computer and the live one on your phone?

After you check, I will remove the dead account to verify.
