    My life with Python trikes Mk1 , Mk1.5 , Mk2 ?

Do I need to measure mine first ? My seat This is quite an upright seat [ which is why I like it ] the back between the upper mountings needs to be at an angle of somewhere between 40' and 60' else you could slide out of it or the front lip could dig into your thighs ? Paul

Hi all Guy had a very lucky escape from this did a good analysis of cause's of accident. I had a similar [ but much lower speed ] roll on the Python trike unbeknown to me I had come parallel and within about 1" of a kerb about the height of the rear tyre I tried to turn left over the kerb to...

Full suspension trike design and build.

Wow bet it is going to be hard feeding the chain and steering components through all that ' stuff '. However it does beg the question you have an excellent cycling infra structure why do you need suspension ? Paul

    Support for Warrior Trike

Ok I am not a tadpole man however I will have a crack ? First up the gap is probably not going to be a problem if there is clearance. Some people use a friction gear lever for the 'rear parking brake ' then you can have a lever for each front brake. That has the advantage of less ' pressure '...

    My life with Python trikes Mk1 , Mk1.5 , Mk2 ?

Well I did have a chain splitter tool however DannyC was trying to convert me to split links and I was kinda warming to them as when I was trying to get the twisting chain FWD to work it was much less of a chore to reach for the special pliers and break the chain. I actually have one of these...

    My life with Python trikes Mk1 , Mk1.5 , Mk2 ?

Well yesterdays ride ended in a mechanical nightmare about 2 miles from home and 1/2 the way up a steep hill. Suddenly I had no drive and the chain was skipping like mad over the cassette , what was wrong. The wheel turned freely and the with no load the pedals could just turn the chain however...

    Got's me a Cat-Weazle.

The derailleur B stop is as it should be ! however have you checked someone has not tried to put a cassette on with a bigger low gear than it should have ? The frame may only be made for a 28T and someone may have tried to fit a 32T or greater , then you will be in a world of pain as there is...

    Panzer steering on Streetfox

Well Brad only said based on these drawings , you could also argue 80' is the head tube and 10' is the caster. Obvious Ackerman is only 10' in some situations , however if you have a rule of thumb to find it then it will be easy to implement ? Paul

    What are the chances?

Does if it's a quad ! For those not in the know this includes a drum brake , probably not the lightest option :(;) Paul
